If you didn’t receive any email notifications from us, there are a few things that you need to check to solve this issue:
- Make sure your email address is correct. To check it, log in to your Squareshot account. Go to Account > Profile > Email address section. If it's incorrect, enter the correct address and click Confirm.
- Search all messages in your email inbox. In your email account, search for terms like Squareshot or other words related to the email you're looking for.
- Check your spam folder and other email filters. It is possible that your email provider made a mistake, and sent our messages to your spam folder. Please make sure that you have removed Squareshot messages from your spam list.
- The email has not been delivered yet. Depending on your provider, emails can take up to a few hours to be delivered. If undelivered or delayed emails continue to be an issue, send a message to your provider with a request to check any configuration issues or problems with their network, which might be affecting your account.
